Welcome to my practice. I work with individuals, couples, and families in the Oakland/Berkeley area through life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, relationship issues, family concerns, chronic pain, anxiety and depression. I work with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds and sexual orientations.

I have an MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have experience working in social-emotional learning programs, addiction, group work, as a child and family therapist in Richmond, CA.

My practice in North Oakland is a wheelchair-accessible, low-fragrance, LGBTQ*-inclusive space.
